Welcome Parents - Important Information
New Parents!
Welcome to Apollo Gymnastics and Apollo Gymnastics Parent Association! You will find a few things here that will help get you up to speed quickly.
- Become a Member! Don't forget to fill out your AGPA Membership Form - click on the AGPA Documents page and download the form. Turn in your form and membership fee to the AGPA Lock Box upstairs at the gym. Once we receive this and process it, your child will receive a team folder and a welcome letter from the AGPA Secretary.
- Meet Schedule - Please refer to the Apollo Gymnastics website: http://www.apollogymnasticsva.com for current meet schedules.
- Spirit Wear - each child is required to have a team gym bag as part of the uniform. To order Spirit Wear, download the spirit wear order form.
- Please be sure to add AGPASec@ApolloGymnasticsPA.org to your e-mail safe list. The AGPA Secretary sends frequent e-mails to the e-mail address you provided on your AGPA Membership Registration form.
- Fundraising - Be sure to check out the Fundraising page as well - there are different ways you can work to raise funds to help cover fees associated with meets throughout the season - some you can just do by searching the internet just by a click of your mouse!
- Important Documents - Once your membership form is received, you will be issued a family username & password for the Membership Only section of the website. Once you receive this, please check out the site for important documents for you!
